Learn the first 4 steps to build a clear, personalized plan after cancer, so you can stop second guessing every food, supplement, test, and lifestyle decision and know what deserves your attention.

You’ve cleaned up your diet. You’ve researched supplements. You’ve read about inflammation, sugar, hormones, detox, exercise, fasting, and every food someone says can “fight cancer.”
The problem is that everything sounds important.
Should you take vitamin D? Cut dairy? Add curcumin? Detox? Eat more broccoli sprouts? Get more testing?
Without knowing what’s happening in your body, you can end up spending enormous amounts of time, money, and energy on things that may not even need your attention.

How to use data to identify what deserves your attention after cancer. See how blood work, symptoms, health history, epigenetics, and, when appropriate, functional testing can uncover issues with nutrient status, inflammation, blood sugar, immune function, hormones, detoxification, and more.

Why choosing foods and supplements because they “kill cancer cells” can send you down the wrong path. Dr. Megan will break down why much of that research comes from cell and animal models, and show you a different way to use nutrition and supplements to support your body’s anticancer defenses.

You’ve finished or are finishing cancer treatment and keep wondering, “What should I be doing now to keep this from coming back?”

You’re overwhelmed by conflicting cancer advice. One person says cut sugar. Another says go plant-based. Someone else swears by fasting, supplements, detoxes, or a completely different protocol.

You want to know what’s happening in your body instead of following someone else’s plan. You’re interested in how things like blood work, symptoms, health history, and epigenetics can help identify where your attention may be needed.

You want a research-backed approach without going to extremes. No punishing diets, aggressive cleanses, or adding another handful of supplements because someone online said they “kill cancer cells.”
I’m Dr. Megan Bernard, a cancer focused and board certified Naturopathic Doctor.

My background includes a Bachelor of Health Science in Diagnostic Cytology, where I studied the detection and diagnosis of cancer at a cellular level, a Master of Science with published research on cancer and the immune system, and a Doctorate in Naturopathy with additional training in naturopathic oncology support.
Cancer is personal for me too. My mom had breast cancer, my grandmother had breast cancer, my aunt had cervical cancer, and my grandfather had lung cancer.
Through Flourish After Cancer, my team and I help women understand what their bodies need after treatment using a research backed, personalized approach.
Because two women can have the same diagnosis and the same treatment and still need very different recovery plans.
I created this masterclass to help you stop feeling like you need to research your way through the rest of your life and start understanding how to build a plan around you.
