Understand what YOUR body needs to stay cancer free.

You've read the articles.

You've followed the social media accounts.

You've tried the supplements, cut the sugar, added the broccoli sprouts. You've done more research than most doctors have time for.

And yet — you still don't feel certain. You're still asking:

Is this actually working? Am I doing the right things for my body?

You're not uninformed.
IT'S NOT THAT YOU AREN'T WORKING HARD ENOUGH.

It's a data problem.
You're READING a lot,

but they aren't the best things for YOU.

Understanding your body's internal environment will provide you with focus and direction on which anticancer strategies (nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes) are best for you.

In this training, you'll learn how to cut through the noise and feel clear and confident on what you should do to help stay cancer free.

A process — not another list.

In 60 minutes, you'll go from scattered and unsure to having a clear, repeatable system

you can use immediately to assess, prioritize, and act on what your body actually needs to feel better and stay cancer free

A framework for gathering the right cancer-blocking data

Understand what blood work, symptoms, and treatment history are actually telling you — and how to use that to make decisions, not just collect numbers.

A method for cutting through the wellness noise

Learn how to identify your red flags, your roadblocks, and the changes with the strongest evidence — so you stop doing everything and start doing what matters.

A shift in how you think about recurrence prevention

Understand why 90% of prevention is about your internal environment — and why chasing cancer cells with supplements is only a small piece of the picture.

Confidence in your plan and Clarity on your next steps

Know how to test whether your plan is actually impactful and how to troubleshoot when real life gets in the way. Leave with a real sense of direction, whether that's working with Dr Bernard's team or building your plan independently.

You FINALLY understand what foods to eat,

what supplements to take, and how to feel better.

Not by adding more,

but by refining what you're already doing & cutting out what doesn't matter.

This training was built
for a specific woman.

  • You've finished, or are nearly finished, with your primary cancer treatment. You're in a stable phase of care and ready to focus on rebuilding and prevention

  • You feel overwhelmed by information and want clarity, not more research and to do lists. You're ready to take real action, not just learn more facts

  • You want to feel confident that what you're doing is actually making a positive impact. That you aren't just wasting your time, energy, and money on wellness fads and trends.

This isn't the right fit if...

  • You're currently starting chemotherapy or haven't yet established a treatment plan

  • You're looking for a cure, miracle protocol, or urgent medical intervention

  • You're seeking validation for a specific supplement regimen or off-label cancer drug protocol and aren't willing to look honestly at your data

  • You're primarily looking for more information to collect, not a plan to execute

Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor Founder, Flourish After Cancer

Dr Megan Bernard, ND

Dr. Bernard has spent over a decade studying cancer — not just as a disease, but as an environment. Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, she earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Diagnostic Cytology (the detection and diagnosis of cancer at a cellular level) and a Master of Science in Pathology, where she published research on breast cancer and the immune system.

She founded Flourish After Cancer because she kept watching the same thing happen: women finishing treatment, being told they were "fine," and then left completely on their own to figure out what to do next. She built the system she wishes had existed for them.
